I have switched from coffee in the morning to this lovely drink years ago and never looked back.
This is so soothing to your nervous system and hormones compared to coffee on an empty stomach.
Which can spike cortisol and deplete essential minerals such as; calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc.
While raw Cacao is a superfood that replenishes those same minerals. It’s incredibly high in iron, magnesium, zinc, copper, phosphorus, manganese and has mild caffeine!
This drink is so nutrient dense and high in protein and fiber, I consider it a complete meal.
(Even my boyfriend gets full from it,and he eats a lot)
